  1. Modiola is a marketplace. Sellers sell; Modiola connects, holds money and arranges delivery.
  2. Prices shown include no tax. Tax rate is zero until a legal review sets one per country.
  3. Only verified stores can publish items and take checkout.
  4. Modiola takes 9% of an item subtotal as seller commission, and only on sales that are kept.
  5. Delivery fees belong to the driver. Modiola keeps 16% of a successful delivery fee and 12% of a return-trip fee.
  6. Driver payouts are released at 18:00 in the country's own timezone after delivery or a confirmed return. Modiola pays the mobile-money transfer fee.
  7. Payments in this build are simulated. No bank, processor or courier partnership is claimed.
